By submitting the online order form, or by using Arazzer Hosting service's, Customer hereby agrees to Arazzer Hosting Service's Terms of Service
1. Customer agrees to pay, for each monthly/3 monthly service term, for hosting services to be rendered. Also Customer Must agrees to a no-refund policy. monthly/3 monthly web hosting service fees are non-refundable unless under the
7-day money-back guarantee.
2. NO illegal content is to be hosted on our server or anything that is against any local, state or federal law.
An such material found will result in immediate account deletion and will
be reported.
3. Pornography or nudity is NOT permitted on our servers. The discovery of such material will result in
a possible deletion pending further investigation.
4. Arazzer Hosting Services will not be responsible for the loss of any data; it is up to you
to keep backups of your files hosted.
6. Your account will be suspend 2 days after due date of billing period, If we still
receive NO payment within 7 days your account will be terminated.
7. Anyone caught using the Arazzer Hosting Service's server to undertaking of any kind of malicious
activity will have their account suspended then a possible terminated pending
on the activity done.
8. Arazzer Hosting Service's has the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the customers.
